Pros

A bunch of great people work here that care a lot about their patient and what they do.

Cons

I've worked across two completely different departments within Integris Health. What i can say is the problem with Integris is that they value their employee's very little. It's not the department director's or direct manager's that are the problem it comes from HR and people who make the corporate decisions like the CEO and President of the organization. They recently took away some of our paid time off, our yearly merit raises, and our retirement contribution away. We were told by the administration that this was because of an Oklahoma government policy that was to go into effect last year, yet they never passed the legislation. Integris could be a wonderful place to work if they would just learn to value the little guy and not take things away from their employee's like they do.

Pros

I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

Cons

I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

Pros

Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

Cons

understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
