      Teamwork, great education opportunities, large scope, most leaders are very experienced and committed to improving outcomes, employees well trained, community focus

      Cons

      Staffing shortages, inadequate compensation, heavy focus on physician - distracts from the obvious, hierarchical, middle managers need more support - ----

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Cons

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
