Pros
I really enjoyed the work culture at INTEGRIS; it was very laid back and casual the majority of the time. Most everyone was friendly and willing to help if asked. It had a "work family" feel and promoted team work.
Cons
The benefits during the last several months I was working there changed drastically and not in favor of the employee . Deductibles were extremely high to get somewhat decent coverage which was frustrating to me as an employee working for a health care system who discontinued employee discounts for using INTEGRIS doctors. Also, employee time off was reduced as well especially for those who were not senior employees.
