      Pros

      We had a lot of freedom to try things and design the work we would do.

      Cons

      Reductions and cuts to benefits were becoming very common and were a factor when deciding to stay or leave. Opportunities to move up were limited. Sr. Management seemed to sidestep or reframe concerns and complaints rather than address it head-on.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Cons

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
