      Pros

      The people (that are left) are amazing! You couldnt ask for harder working or more invested coworkers.

      Cons

      Recent restructuring and MASS outsourcing has left support services such as IT and billing being supported by a over worked skeleton crew or off shore resources that a failing to preform. Massive outages are becoming a regular occurance. The mass exodus caused by leaderships lack of transparency has ruined the reputaion of Integris as a great place to work.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Cons

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
