Pros
Wonderful co-workers and employees. Benefits are pretty good. Worked many years for this institution.
Cons
My experience with management was good until my last year when we had upper management changes and my immediate manager was extremely controlling and a micromanager. The expectations were high for this position so it was never a 40 hour week. I typically worked at least 50 to 60 hours weekly. Option for growth in this position is not good.
