      Pros

      Valued part of the team, great pay, continues to increase, feels like my license will be safe when I graduate. Best balance in the health care systems in the area as far as work life balance, giving breaks, best cafeteria food, valued as apart of the system.

      Cons

      Pay could be better to match others, but makes up for it in other areas like safe working environment.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
