      Pros

      Great care provided for patients, one of the higher per diem/OPT wages and matches retirement as a part time/per diem employee

      Cons

      Constantly going through the cycle of trying to get rid of agency Nurses and then being short staffed because they cut too much. Gave bonuses to float pool staff and then recently took them away while trying to decrease agency staff. Recently decreased bonuses significantly for staff nurses while cutting contracts. Expecting staff nurses to want to pick up extra knowing that they are going to be short still and get paid little bonus after taxes

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
