Pros
We are continually growing and acquiring new facilities to expand our reach to more Oklahomans. Based on what our caregivers are saying, we have made changes to our benefits packages to include more frontloaded PTO and greater employer match on retirement savings accounts. As a recruiter I hear often on phone screens that candidates have received great care from INTEGRIS Health or know someone that has. Also, I receive feedback that our Clinical Education and experiences nurses do a great job supporting new nurses.
Cons
You have to use your PTO for the major US holidays even if you are exempt and work on the corporate side, but we are given a generous amount of PTO at the beginning of the year to offset that.
