      Pros

      The people you will work with everyday are some of the best Oklahoma has to offer! Kind and collaborative coworkers make coming to work so enjoyable. The supportive environment has continuous improvement at its core, leaning into the fact we can achieve so much more and better results, when we work together. I feel valued and appreciated everyday.

      Cons

      The system is large and it can take time to get acclimated with all the different facilities, medical groups, clinics, etc.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
