      Pros

      Low stress. Good team atmosphere. Good director.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. Not competitive at all. Integris has a false bottom pay rate. They also force managers to divvy up miniscule raises based on a percentage of budget. Entry level positions can get as little as a few pennies. People ignore incentives to qualify for raises because they don't care about 15 cents and are looking for other jobs. Not even remotely competitive pay. Fast food workers make more. Most of my team all have second jobs including myself.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
