      Pros

      Very advanced in healthcare technology. Great hospital leadership. They are a community based non-profit, so they have to help the public and they do that well.

      Cons

      Executive leadership cares more about process then employees. Everyone, including physicians, is just a number to them. Ultimately, money matters more than patient care.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
