Pros

Working at INTEGRIS Health has been an extraordinary journey. The leadership here is not just good; it's great. They possess a clear and inspiring vision for growth that resonates with every employee, driving us towards excellence. The focus on caregivers is particularly commendable. At INTEGRIS, caregivers are seen as the cornerstone of patient care, and rightly so. The support and recognition they receive are evident in the quality of patient experience we deliver. It's a cycle of positivity: when caregivers are uplifted, patients receive better care, and the whole community thrives. The opportunities for professional development are abundant, and the environment is conducive to learning and innovation. This is a place where your ideas are heard, and your contributions are valued. I am proud to be part of an organization that not only sets high standards for healthcare but also meets them consistently. If you're looking for a workplace that champions growth, values its staff, and prioritizes patient care, INTEGRIS Health is the place to be.

Pros

My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

Cons

Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
