      Professional - As might be expected, the team is calm, thoughtful, engaged, and committed to improving and helping others improve.

      Cons

      It is always tough to reach out from a moving train and grab the hand of someone you want to join without ripping their arm off. This team does better than most for new employees climbing on the IH Way train.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
