      Healthcare benefits lag behind those offered in other industries. Health insurance limits coverage to Integris providers, and medication coverage has declined in recent years. Bonus programs and raise structures are minimal, especially when compared to other industries with similar education requirements and job responsibilities.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Cons

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
