Pros

There is nothing to say gud about company.. I request you guys to change mentality and stop family business and acquire professionals.

Cons

The worst policies I never seen in other startups or company. Always micromanagement with employees. No appreciation. No proper infrastructure. No quality of work here. All junk work is here. They themselves imagine as MNC. And no quality of MNC. The worst management. Directly sitting in chairman seat without any experience and speaking out with lol English slangs is not at all quality of chairman. Pleas dude come out of dream world that your are competition of MNC like broadcom synopsis.. First publish the company properly. Stop micromanagement with employees. I worked here for 2 years in Hyderabad. I never saw this type of company. There is no minimum basic needs for employees. Dude MS office , laptop , windows systems are basic needs of employees. And you want customers to impress with that open source doc software. And what policy dude, only 9 above are eligible and that too we have to beg for a laptop to work and as if thinking that keeping from your pocket. Boss pls stop this family business. Don't play with employees life's. Learn how to manage team , company and how to talk and sit in chairman seat. Stop micromanagement. And pls hire leads to who are technical and professional but not guys good in escaping skills. And also hire professional HR. Not like school level HRs. I don't think HR women is that professional. First respond to employees properly.

Dear Former Colleague, I am disappointed with the negative impressions INVECAS has created on you. I sincerely hope that every Ex Employee of INVECAS carries fond memories of the company. Please note that I would like to address each of the points to the best of my knowledge here. I will start with stating that whenever and wherever possible, we re-look at our policy framework to ensure that it stays relevant and beneficial to the employees and the business. At times, striking this balance takes time. I would like to specifically take the example of the Core Values that we have drafted and started rewarding across the organization. I hope that addresses your point of lack of appreciation to some extent, if not everything, it is at least a start. It has been very well received by the employees and we are now taking it a step further by driving numerous changes at the workplace through the employee (not management) driven initiatives. I also humbly beg to differ on the laptop , Windows and MS Office allocations being solely governed by Career levels, it is actually also a function of the allocated job. Yes, we do not give these out indiscreetly, but you have answered that point when you have called us a startup. As a startup, we are supposed to be scrupulous about our resources. While i can discuss more of these issues, Company's policies are a matter of confidentiality and i would be happy to discuss these with you as an alumni on a personal basis over a communication medium of your choice and convenience. Your point on family business is a mixed bag, every big company must have started off as a small/family/friends business at some point of time. So did INVECAS, but your point on need for change is well taken. The management team is acutely aware of the need for change in the way we function to evolve into a better version of ourselves and we think and talk about it every day. Can we do it better? Absolutely. And hopefully we will get better at it with feedback like the one you have just provided. Your point on hiring is also well taken, our hiring process is evolving, becoming more and more selective and stringent where we don't just look at the technical fitment but also the cultural fitment of the resources. Believe me, just being technically good, does not cut it with us anymore. I am keen to hear more specifics on your feedback on HR. Like i said above, I would be happy to discuss this on a personal basis. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this in an anonymous manner. Even that can be arranged. Thanks for your time here and looking forward to hear from you. HR Head INVECAS
