Pros

nothing at all to say.......

Cons

i went during my 8 yr experience. i was worked with 3 freshers of coming their vedaiit training center. between those and me there is no one with slight experience(2-5years). they dont have a clear cut flow for work. they give me top-level work but no proper guidence. few experienced leads came who previously have training and worked there and went to outer companines. they dont have experience in multiple ips as me. still, management listens to their only. those freshly trained juniors are good but little moore seniors should take mointer them. i planned good and did top-level easily with least strain. again, i was send to thier bnglr location. i worked for 18hours per day and completed my part and gone home. after i went, they found issues and blamed me a lot. no gratitude. only leads who previously worked there have influence over management. married employs will have no family life. freshers are treated like slaves nad when they asked for eligible hikes, they arethreatened softly. i tried to support them but they argued with me also. i left after more than a year. never go for this company. i un neccessasryly recommeded few names.

Dear Ex- Employee, We at INVECAS are strictly against any unethical practices and strive to ensure that employees are able to spend quality time with their families after the hard work that they put in at the work place. We also do not relate to the description of treatment of freshers as slaves, the expectation from everyone is to put in their 8 hours of work in a sincere manner and any effort that they put in after that is for their own career growth. It is possible under these circumstances that freshers end up spending more hours at work out of peer pressure but they tend to handle this better as their experience level increases. I would like to understand this "Soft Threatening " piece better, would request you to share more details with me on this with specifics as per your convenient medium of communication (email or phone). Assigning work in the evening and expecting it to be completed in the morning is an unsustainable practice. I would like to hear about the managers/ team leads who are engaging in this practice. Please feel free to reach out to me. If you mention it here, I can arrange for it to be done anonymously too. Thanks, HR Head- INVECAS
