INVECAS Response
8yDear Ex- Employee,
We at INVECAS are strictly against any unethical practices and strive to ensure that employees are able to spend quality time with their families after the hard work that they put in at the work place. We also do not relate to the description of treatment of freshers as slaves, the expectation from everyone is to put in their 8 hours of work in a sincere manner and any effort that they put in after that is for their own career growth. It is possible under these circumstances that freshers end up spending more hours at work out of peer pressure but they tend to handle this better as their experience level increases.
I would like to understand this "Soft Threatening " piece better, would request you to share more details with me on this with specifics as per your convenient medium of communication (email or phone).
Assigning work in the evening and expecting it to be completed in the morning is an unsustainable practice. I would like to hear about the managers/ team leads who are engaging in this practice. Please feel free to reach out to me. If you mention it here, I can arrange for it to be done anonymously too.
Thanks,
HR Head- INVECAS
