Pros
1. Opportunity to enter VLSI for a fresher. Workforce is good and helpful.
Cons
1. No crisp company policy. Anyday they can change any policy and entire workforce has to suffer. Such shift was easily seen in corona times and every employee was intimidated by upper management. (anti-employee ploicies) 2. Rude HR and higher management. 3. Leaving the company can be a very expensive business. They try to extract as much money as they can from you. Moreover, they might not accept resignations in one go which makes serving notice period a hell for you.
