Sr Management has been there forever and is complacent. Revolving door for employees. 3 CEO's in the last 5 years. Ugh.... In a two year period they cycled through more employees than were on payroll. Most of these people quit due to frustration. Seems like the company is run by the CEO and the HR manager. That's right HR manager.... go figure. If your a novice in this field and want to get your feet wet in the CE space this could be a place to learn industry players, competitors etc.... I would advise if you do end up working here, learn what you can and leave to a competitor. Oh and if you are female, good luck getting equal pay. The Taiwanese culture is very rampant. Nothing wrong with it, just be prepare to hear mandarin spoken all day. Don't be surprised to hear your name or accounts peppered in between the mandarin. Yes talking about you while sit across from. Makes for a warm wonderful atmosphere.
