Pros

Mid-level and below employees are hard-working and genuinely care about the well-being of each other and the work they do.

Cons

The CEO is utterly incompetent and worse, is simply not a good person . It's one thing to do a job poorly; it's another to personally attack former employees and allow personal vindictiveness to overcome any semblance of professionalism. The level of nepotism is unholy. Harassment complaints ignored by HR and alleged lawsuits abound during my tenure there under this person's "leadership". Certain managers have survived by firing underlings and passing shortcomings of their own leadership to their own team. Never having taking ownership of their own lack of skill or job proficiency--they skate by, by pointing fingers in closed door meetings. I know most people will ignore these warnings when going into an interview at the company. You might need the job because of your financial situation (any job is better than none, right?) or you might think your time there will be different--like most of us thought. Don't quit your job to think this is a better opportunity or for more money. In the end, you'll be searching for something else or wishing you had stayed where you were within a year when the curtain is lifted.

Pros

Good Health benefits, Donuts weekly,

Cons

Terrible, this place is a sinking ship. This company is dishonest and led by people who don't know what they are doing. Avoid at all cost.
