Pros

There is a great vision and desire to drive forwards at the top.... The company is truly patient-centric but....

Cons

There is almost no collaboration between departments (and often not within a department). There are too many too list issues . Deeply inefficient processes (or complete lack of process) with mangers that don't want to change...... And don't seem to be held accountable. And if you dare to speak up.... Your limited career options well get even less. Don't expect any personal development. The reality on the ground doesn't reflect the vision from the top..... And this does not add to a enjoyable working environment....... All you need to know - if you resign they'll ask you to sign a gagging order so you can't post on sites like this!!!

Pros

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

Cons

I did not have any cons related to my experience.

Pros

None, I cannot think of one pro.

Cons

The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
