Pros

Some colleagues who really care, a human value not shared at n+1, n+2 and by HR for what I experienced.

Cons

The words not aligned on behaviors, no human values from leaders. A structure that repeatedly ended work contracts w/o respecting the French code: HR tried to make economy on my back, and internal illegal practice. The bad and negative judgements inside the department I was were insane and kind of daily routine.

Pros

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

Cons

I did not have any cons related to my experience.

Pros

None, I cannot think of one pro.

Cons

The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
