During my time in Ipsen I have encountered many downside things such as: Certain People talk to you in a rude manner and nothing is done about it, not even if you complain to your Management. The training is non existent, you are left on your own to figure it out. All of it (might be different in other departments) You're lured into thinking that you can take back your worked up hours on Friday, but.. On Friday your schedule is busy and you work overtime again. Leaving work on time is rare. Taking holidays is difficult, even if you book it well in advance you'll have to live with the anticipation of it not being approved at all. Trying to fix things and have ideas don't work. You can try and talk to the Management but Ideas are never fullfilled because no one has time to work on them. The SOPs are just guidelines, most of the lack crucial information. The Morale is down but Everyone is afraid to show it.
