Pros

work and more work when you are done with the first task without guidance from your manager. it's just expected, if not happy, please leave

Cons

zero recognition or appreciation, from the management, politics, back-stabbing, people saying no first to everything & change. not caring about employees who commute & stay far away when the site is situated in the middle of nowhere (Paris-Saclay it is not!!! it's just a stupid branding JOKE) organising "fun" so called events after work and not giving a thought in a so called "caring" company (not bothering to organise a shuttle to Massy after) but still saying we're are the best!!!

Pros

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

Cons

I did not have any cons related to my experience.

Pros

None, I cannot think of one pro.

Cons

The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
