I’ve had a lot of people in the industry ask me what it’s like working for IPT Global. After my experience, I honestly tell them not to waste their time. Those job postings that stay open for months aren’t because the company is growing (it’s because people keep leaving). There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you better and actually help you grow your career. At an industry conference, I casually mentioned that I used to work for IPT Global, and the reaction I got from another company’s executive team said it all. The company’s reputation is already damaged, and it’s widely known in the industry. The main issue is the leadership. The culture at IPT Global is toxic — communication is poor, trust is nonexistent, and management is focused on appearances and personal gain rather than supporting their teams. Nepotism and favoritism are common, and leadership roles often go to people based on relationships instead of actual qualifications. It’s frustrating to see hardworking employees ignored while politics and personal alliances dictate everything. Feedback isn’t taken seriously, and the environment makes people afraid to speak up. Talented people — including department heads and senior staff — have left in large numbers, and it shows. Morale is low, the atmosphere is stressful, and there’s no sense of stability or direction. This is the CEO’s direct responsibility, which she has failed to deliver. From my experience, IPT Global lacks transparency and integrity, both internally and externally. You simply can’t rely on what management says. It’s a place where trust gets broken, and people quickly realize they’re better off leaving. If you’re considering joining IPT Global or doing business with them, I’d strongly advise against it. It’s not worth the frustration, and there are many better options in the industry. Working here will only hold you back.
