Pros

The application developed is the best in the field and the company has a bright future if the leadership will get out of the way.

Cons

CEO - seems bi-polar in behavior. Chumming up to employees one minute and then turning on you as if you were the worst employee ever. You have to play her game (overwork) or she will make you miserable. The family takes care of itself. Head of HR is family, CEO, CTO, Accounting and board members. So complaining to HR won't get you anywhere. Employees are afraid of CEO because if you do something she doesn't agree with, she turns on you and makes you want to quit.

IPT Global Response
12mo
We welcome feedback and reflection—but this review warrants a direct response. The individual who posted this was with IPT for less than a year and did not deliver any meaningful results during that time. Rather than take responsibility for his underperformance, he has chosen to lash out—particularly at our CEO, in a tone that is not only unprofessional but unmistakably sexist. At IPT, we are proud to be a family-owned business led by a highly capable woman who sets high expectations and holds everyone—including leadership—accountable. Reducing her leadership style to emotional volatility is a tired and harmful stereotype we won’t tolerate. Strong leadership isn’t always comfortable—but it is fair, direct, and consistent, especially when standards are not met. We stand by our culture, our leadership, and our values. We believe in respect, accountability, and inclusion—and we will continue building a company that reflects those principles.

Pros

At IPT Global, integrity isn’t just a word on the website — it’s the backbone of how we operate every day. As an Operations Manager, I see firsthand how teamwork is the glue that holds our high-performing teams together. We’re constantly driving continuous improvement, both in our technology and in ourselves. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong culture of trust that empowers you to make an impact. If you want to be part of a company that combines cutting-edge innovation with genuine collaboration, this is the place.

Cons

The pace can be demanding. Oilfield operations move constantly IPT is always pushing the bar higher. There are times resilience, adaptability, and a willingness are required. If you thrive on leaning into challenges it can be incredibly rewarding.

Pros

Great starting point for someone entering the industry. The pay was good, but they started low balling new hires greatly.

Cons

Not a career and can't grow. Management has its favorites and does not listen to those in the field. If you speak up, you will be immediately targeted and labelled a problem. I've seen a lot of people leave the company because of poor management, and I later followed suit. Management does not honor what they say, and before I left, someone was promoted to my manager who had never worked in the field. Make that make sense, he's trying to give me advice on something he's never done and had no clue to what he was talking about. When I challenged him on his knowledge, I was told, "I will have to get back with you regarding this topic". I was promised a raise for years, but after voicing my concerns was told I would now have to wait a year before I could even be considered for a raise. I left the company immediately following that convo. In my opinion, this is the most incompetent leadership I’ve ever been under.
