To be clear: raises at IPT are not automatic and are not based solely on tenure. They are the result of meaningful contributions, demonstrated ownership, and the ability to drive impact. We conduct annual performance reviews to assess each employee’s work, development, and alignment with company goals. Many employees have advanced their careers and received substantial compensation increases through this process. We understand that some may feel they are owed a raise simply for showing up or staying in a role—but that’s not how performance-based cultures operate. We believe in recognizing and investing in those who take initiative, deliver results, and help the company grow—not just those who expect reward without impact. We stand by our approach and remain focused on fostering a workplace where merit, not entitlement, drives opportunity.

Pros

At IPT Global, integrity isn’t just a word on the website — it’s the backbone of how we operate every day. As an Operations Manager, I see firsthand how teamwork is the glue that holds our high-performing teams together. We’re constantly driving continuous improvement, both in our technology and in ourselves. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong culture of trust that empowers you to make an impact. If you want to be part of a company that combines cutting-edge innovation with genuine collaboration, this is the place.

Cons

The pace can be demanding. Oilfield operations move constantly IPT is always pushing the bar higher. There are times resilience, adaptability, and a willingness are required. If you thrive on leaning into challenges it can be incredibly rewarding.

Pros

Great starting point for someone entering the industry. The pay was good, but they started low balling new hires greatly.

Cons

Not a career and can't grow. Management has its favorites and does not listen to those in the field. If you speak up, you will be immediately targeted and labelled a problem. I've seen a lot of people leave the company because of poor management, and I later followed suit. Management does not honor what they say, and before I left, someone was promoted to my manager who had never worked in the field. Make that make sense, he's trying to give me advice on something he's never done and had no clue to what he was talking about. When I challenged him on his knowledge, I was told, "I will have to get back with you regarding this topic". I was promised a raise for years, but after voicing my concerns was told I would now have to wait a year before I could even be considered for a raise. I left the company immediately following that convo. In my opinion, this is the most incompetent leadership I’ve ever been under.
