Thank you for your review and for the work you contributed during your time at IPT. We’re glad to hear you found the role to be a valuable learning experience—our field advisors are a vital part of our success, and the hands-on experience they gain is something we’re proud to provide. We’re sorry to hear you felt underappreciated by upper management. Recognition is something we take seriously, and we’ve taken specific steps to improve in this area. We recently implemented a new reporting system where any time a field team member is recognized by a client for their contributions, that feedback is documented and sent directly to management to ensure it doesn’t go unnoticed. Field work can be demanding, and it’s important to us that your impact is seen and valued. Thank you again for your feedback—we wish you continued success in your career.

Pros

At IPT Global, integrity isn’t just a word on the website — it’s the backbone of how we operate every day. As an Operations Manager, I see firsthand how teamwork is the glue that holds our high-performing teams together. We’re constantly driving continuous improvement, both in our technology and in ourselves. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong culture of trust that empowers you to make an impact. If you want to be part of a company that combines cutting-edge innovation with genuine collaboration, this is the place.

Cons

The pace can be demanding. Oilfield operations move constantly IPT is always pushing the bar higher. There are times resilience, adaptability, and a willingness are required. If you thrive on leaning into challenges it can be incredibly rewarding.

Pros

Great starting point for someone entering the industry. The pay was good, but they started low balling new hires greatly.

Cons

Not a career and can't grow. Management has its favorites and does not listen to those in the field. If you speak up, you will be immediately targeted and labelled a problem. I've seen a lot of people leave the company because of poor management, and I later followed suit. Management does not honor what they say, and before I left, someone was promoted to my manager who had never worked in the field. Make that make sense, he's trying to give me advice on something he's never done and had no clue to what he was talking about. When I challenged him on his knowledge, I was told, "I will have to get back with you regarding this topic". I was promised a raise for years, but after voicing my concerns was told I would now have to wait a year before I could even be considered for a raise. I left the company immediately following that convo. In my opinion, this is the most incompetent leadership I’ve ever been under.
