life goes pretty easily, CEO is very supportive comparing to any other. Meets once a while and check every employee doing good or not.

I have been working as a consultant for a decade. Worked with different companies and did not have a good experience. I have been working with IQTP for past 5 years and they are continuously improving. I deducted one star from my earlier experience when I started working. If I exclude my first year with company I would give 5 stars. Company had a really bad immigration lawyer and messed up my immigration case. She was let go I think as I believe I was not the only one. Company later hired an experienced immigration lawyer and she really got things moving. She proactively worked on my immigration case & got everything in order. Payroll: Always pay on time never had to follow up on payment. If you worked with consulting companies you know payroll is a nightmare, Not with IQTP, never in past 5 years I had a payroll problem. I strongly recommend IQTP to my friends and continue to work with them.

Communication & response from management was issue earlier but it has gotten a lot better. Company should proactively negotiate rate and contracts for consultants when renewal is coming so that they get best rates.
