      Pros

      I've been with IQVIA Core as well as IQVIA Biotech for many years. Both have been pretty great experiences! I've lucked out with fabulous LMs and, longterm wise, study teams. The required DOS are standard for the industry as are the benefits.

      Cons

      *It would be wise to re-assess SVR metrics based on the time zone the submitter is in. *Yes, the hours are long. We need to take into account that we're CRAs and that it's to be expected. Many got complacent with COVID norms, but in all reality the full scope of the job can't be completed remotely.

      Pros

      Some solid team members and colleagues to work with and learn from. Some flexibility in work hours, as long as your work gets done. Very deliverable-focussed. Interesting work in clinical research. The job is fully remote, which is nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes requires extended hours in order to complete project; very dependent on stakeholders and last-minute changes from various people. The volume of work and the constant pace can wear you down.
