Flexible self schedule. Hotel points available, easy thoughtless work. No clinical judgement needed.
Cons
Weekly travel can be tiring. Scheduling is not stable or predicatable you could sit at home for weeks at a time. On boarding is the worst Ive experienced. No growth available No raises. Company doesnt allow you to switch programs within Iqvia.
