      Huge amount of training and learning opportunities. Networking is easy - very warm, helpful and supportive teams!

      Cons

      Merit no longer seems to matter. Salaries/Salary hikes are horrendous! If you do well, they don't care much. But if you do bad, the consequences are bad!
