Pros
If you are bored and have no clear career path, it's a decent place to experiment your skills, however, you will not have time to dabble in other areas, and will be pretty much bogged down by what is on your plate. Work is very stressful - culturally fit for singles and people who have no family commitments/priorities People here are great to work with always focused on delivering the end product
Cons
The organization previously was Outcome Research, and since its buyout by Quintiles went through 3 reorgs within a span of 3 years. Essentially Quintiles as a whole does not profit largely from this business unit, hence justifying the many reorgs. Middle management is very political and very devious in its communication to its subordinates.
