      Good people , good pay, good benefits , good training , good opportunities

      Cons

      I would have given 5 stars but since the merger things have gone down . A lot of things are outsourced to other countries which created a huge language barrier and lots of issues (including quality ). Too many hands In the pot ! Seems like all the perks are slowly being taken away with this merger . Never thought about leaving quintiles till this merger . The nice quintiles has turned into not so nice...I wish they would stay true to the Quintiles roots. They are chickens with their heads cut off right now !

      Pros

      Great company culture, excellent team support, fantastic management at all levels. I especially value the training initiatives that help in the day to day. This is a great place to build skills, especially in AI. Work life balance is emphasized and encouraged.

      Cons

      It can feel a bit like being a cog in the wheel at times, although good ideas do get the attention of management. Workload can be unrelenting around EOQ. Process "improvement" initiatives are constant, poorly announced, and often make things worse. Raises and bonuses are meager and do not keep up with inflation/market value.
