Business Outlook
Pros
Great new hire bonus, and bonus programs are excellent, great training as well. This company gives you a gas card, medical insurance, dental, vision.
Cons
Expense Reporting once a month is annoying and no other company seems to do it that way (bi-weekly). Bonus payments come a month later then non contract employees. Contract employees tend to be treated as second class citizens when it comes to dealing with other non contract colleagues.
