      Good training Great people even management No micromanagement from Quintiles side only some from Janssen

      Cons

      On a contract with Janssen no security Lower pay, no car, no gas money, small budget, feels like a stepchild to Janssen employees

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
