Pros

They changed their branding! but not underlying product

Cons

The mindset behind the leadership in IQVIA is to buy and replace a business need. They bought Cegedim for strategic data, however they left the failed CRM business as is, with no change. They shoved the all development team to Warren location with no oversight of senior management. It turns out to be a horrible place to work. The director runs the place like a dictator. If you are looking for experiencing horrors of working 3rd world countries come here. Verbal insults, cunning politics and diminshing employee morale is a very common practice. HR is no show, repeated complaints go to deaf ears. Nobody is happy. If you are woman and looking for a job, please avoid, its no good. Product managment is total failure. Old cegedim implementation after losing clients found solace as product management. Horrible folks to work with, they have no idea of product instead focus on making the place sweatshop. Unless they shake the cage in warren.

Pros

Resources and access to good studies to be successful in research, immediate PTO benefits, 401k match.

Cons

Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

Pros

Great pay initially, especially after negotiating. People are very smart and willing to meet for networking and learning opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance is by far the best perk - especially since many roles are fully remote.

Cons

Merit raises have been subpar the last 4 years and do not come close to keeping with inflation, consistently the company cites great EBITDA growth but that never is shown in bonuses nor merit raises despite receiving “exceeds expectations” ratings. Parental leave is a nominal. Very easy to get “lost in the sauce” of such a large company.
