Pros

-Flexibility with WFH policy - A lot of different roles to explore

Cons

-PMs just push their work to PMAs with little care or instruction. -Told "resourcing is low" so constantly asked to do work for other projects, you don't have time for. -Outsourcing is a huge issue; A LOT of rework. -Employees are expected to work all the time; for example, if you were to say I will be OOO sick, team/managers request your availability throughout the day. -Management doesn't seem to know their own processes. -PMA role seems to be a constant dump; PM work just gets pushed to PMA so that projects can get the work done but pay less for the work (paying for PMA instead of PM). There is NO balance and the responsibilities are unrealistic -So many employees WFH full-time, which is a big issue in terms of accountability of responsibilities. Several team members are gone for hours of the day for appointments/caring for kids/running errands; people take advantage. I am an office based employee and I expect to be at my email all day and if gone for 15 min, I am reprimanded when other members have 3 hour doctors appts.

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
