Pros

I was contacted on LinkedIn by one of IQVIA’s recruiters about a position as Account Manager. The recruiter said she liked my experience and scheduled an interview for the next day. The day of the interview I did not hear from her and reached out to confirm if the call was still going to happen. She apologized and stated that a personal problem had prevented her from being available for the call and rescheduled for the following day. I understand we all have personal issues at times. The next day, same thing. The recruiter did not call or even reached out to let me know if there was a change either in the position or her availability. I reached out again to let her know I was not interested.

Cons

IQVIA reached out to me, I did not contact them about the or open position and they were so unprofessional and disrespectful to not even provide an explanation for the erratic behavior. If this is how potential employees are treated I don’t even want to know how real employees are treated. This speaks volumes about the company culture. I would not want to be part of an organization that has zero respect for their employees current or potential. I would recommend that if you appreciate yourself stay away from this company

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
