Pros
Exceptional colleagues, really great people to work with. Interesting and fulfilling work.
Cons
Hard work is not rewarded. You are told everyone can expect 1 to 2 percent raises. Bonuses are not more than that either. Excellence is not valued. They took away a lot of the cultural things that made the company great. Technology infrastructure is now so secure it makes doing your job so much harder. The great people are leaving for companies that will treat them better.
