Pros
The benefits are very competitive and accrue well with tenure. Recently introduced an employee stock purchasing plan that benefits the employees.
Cons
No investment in developing internal talent. Rigid departmental structure that does not allow for cross-training. Managers are not trained to be anything more than babysitters. Promotions are based solely on tenure and not employee performance.
