Pros
You work from home when not traveling and they pay for internet, part of your cell phone bill, and monthly supplies.
Cons
The bonus structure/pay raises are a joke. Worked extremely hard all year and my managers wouldn't give me more than a 3 out of 5. The company recently changed their healthcare benefits (now doubled in monthly cost), and forget about adding a spouse. I think I was quoted 650 a month for the both of us. Also, they company really tries to make you think they care about your advancement opportunities. I have been trying to get phase I experience for the past year without any success in getting on any studies. Just promises week to week. The turnover is high as well. I have had to cover numerous visits because people have left the company without a notice.
