Inspiring and motivating senior leadership teams have created a positive work environment and overall culture.
Cons
There are many outstanding aspects to this organization. The downside is that it’s difficult to confidently capture and advocate for every offering, every service, every facet (to ultimately help build more business) without the guidance/training on the bigger business picture. Work life balance has been a challenge as well — although difficult to fully gauge through a pandemic.
