Used to be a great company to work for, not so any more. - End User Services Administrator IQVIA Employee Review

Pros

Salary was good compared to other companies, also the end of year bonus was great. Staff were generally a good bunch of people to work with. Nice UK head office.

Cons

End of year goals became unachievable, as management set the goals higher with less staff doing the work. Did not invest in it's staff with proper training, or time to train. Managers not interested in the quality of your work only in the quantity you did. No opportunity to progress within the company. If you had a grievance with management, HR would always side with management.

Pros

They were really good at leveraging each individual's strengths. People were helpful and supportive when something is blocking your project

Cons

Unclear or non existent career growth. Way too many harassment and compliance trainings (like significantly more than any other publically traded company I've worked for) to the point where it can interfere with essential tasks. Getting blindsided by a massive layoff.

Pros

Great company culture, excellent team support, fantastic management at all levels. I especially value the training initiatives that help in the day to day. This is a great place to build skills, especially in AI. Work life balance is emphasized and encouraged.

Cons

It can feel a bit like being a cog in the wheel at times, although good ideas do get the attention of management. Workload can be unrelenting around EOQ. Process "improvement" initiatives are constant, poorly announced, and often make things worse. Raises and bonuses are meager and do not keep up with inflation/market value.
