Not a lot, the extra benefits like lifestyle allowance and private health insurance put the benefits slightly above similar CROs
Cons
The line manager has no operational monitoring or team lead experience, hence is of no use for advice or mentoring. After the most experienced monitor left we had an exodus of staff due to this fact, no guidance. Allocations are also usually grossly incorrect, some staff allocated at 1.6 or higher. No career progression opportunities
