Flexibility to choose what you want to do and choice to shift to other functions later 4. Cross functional interaction and diversity of people help creativity
Cons
1. Dont come here expecting a good pay! If you switch from some company, u will get the hike, but later its all sloowwww money! 2. Lacks a sense of belonging-ness .. so called "people" factor 3. You will laugh everytime you hear about "Bonus" "incentive" "hike" and their favourite term "market adjustment"
