      Senior Management blames the bottom line workers for managements's failures! Mgmnt acts as though they have hired uneducated people to do the task work.

      Pros

      Some solid team members and colleagues to work with and learn from. Some flexibility in work hours, as long as your work gets done. Very deliverable-focussed. Interesting work in clinical research. The job is fully remote, which is nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes requires extended hours in order to complete project; very dependent on stakeholders and last-minute changes from various people. The volume of work and the constant pace can wear you down.
