poor company culture that allows the employees to be abused by contracted clients - Pharmaceutical Sales Representative IQVIA Employee Review

I am on the Sanofi contract with Quintiles. Quintiles has allowed us to be stepped on and taken advantage of simply to keep their contract. Originally we were promised company vehicles. It took Quintiles to take ownership of the contractual mistake and tell their employees that cars were no longer on the table. Furthermore, we were given 2 weeks vacation of which we were forced to take 1 of them as the week between christmas and New Years. This time is not a Quintiles holiday however, it is a sanofi holiday and no given off but must be used out of given vacation time. All together, this is a horrible contract and the pay is considerably less than industry average.
