Pros
It is a great enviroment to work in and advancement is available. The company is growing so things change rapidly. The senior management listens to the employees and makes changes when necessary. The strategy of the company is explained regularly and the progess that is being made is rewarded. Hard work is rewarded financially as well as with perks. The work that is done if for the greater good of humanity.
Cons
Work life balance is hard to manage becuase the company is growing so quickly. Additional the department that I am apart of needs work to be consistent with the rest of the company. This is currently being addressed with large changes to the structure of the department.
