Pros
Incredibly knowledgeable team of Business Analysts/SME's etc.. willing to do whatever it took to help each other complete any task with exceptional quality. Definitely felt part of a team and that each team-member's focus was on Quality first!
Cons
Lack of leadership and communication within the organization from top levels down resulting in a very reactionary environment of which becomes very toxic. Most of us had to manage up as there were no clear and consistent strategies communicated with regard to the customer.
